PLEASE NOTE: Every once in a while I get ANGRY emails asking WHY I am not REPLYING. This just happened this morning (Oct. 31, 2008) and I checked and I sent the person 4 emails - apparently the email is being BLOCKED or FILTERED - I do not know WHY they don't get my emails - my suggestion if in the RARE CHANCE you encounter this same situation and do not get a timely response for support by email is to POST in the FORUM - that way you can SEE my reply and also others may offer assistance before I get to it. Also if you suspect you are missing emails - check with your email provider and find out if you have FILTERS or SECURITY LEVELS that are preventing you from getting all of your email. Thanks!
